Carana Beach Hotel in Seychelles appointed Marcus Fréminot as the boutique hotel’s new Head Chef, bringing homegrown talent back to the islands.
Chef Fréminot, affectionately known as “Chef Gato,” returns to Seychelles after years of honing his culinary skills abroad, ready to infuse the flavors of his homeland with his global expertise.
Fréminot will oversee all culinary operations at Carana Beach Hotel.
