Galaxy Macau is delighted to announce the launch of the monthly “Adventures in the Cavern – Guest Mixologist Series” at Long Bar at Raffles, a program designed to enhance the sensory experience at Long Bar to extraordinary levels.
Commencing in January, Galaxy Macau series will feature some of the most renowned mixologists from around the globe, including award-winning professionals acknowledged by the “World’s 50 Best Bars” and “Asia’s 50 Best Bars.”
Cocktail aficionados can look forward to an impressive lineup of guest mixologists. The series will kick off on January 18, with Antonio Lai and Samuel Kwok, co-founders of one of Hong Kong’s most innovative new venues—The Opposites—headlining the inaugural event.
Antonio Lai and Samuel Kwok, who will travel to Macau from Hong Kong will present a curated selection of their distinctive signature cocktails, each reflecting their unique approaches to mixology.
