Following the completion of a property wide $35 million renovation, Hilton Miami Downtown invites groups and leisure guests to enjoy a true Downtown Miami escape at its centrally located property just steps from the city’s best cultural, shopping, dining, entertainment and signature event experiences.

Located on the site of the former Omni International Mall, which included the mammoth shopping complex, movie theater and a hotel, the Hilton Miami Downtown enjoys the appeal of the site’s streetscape, views and location. In addition, elements from the original development such as its expansive loading dock and parking facilities, provide today’s guests, conference organizers and special event planners with offerings no other property in Miami can offer. Now revamped for a new, discerning guest with all the hallmarks of the Hilton brand, Hilton Miami Downtown is a desirable option for visitors and a focal point for the Performing Arts District as downtown’s re-vitalization continues its northward track.

“The recent completion of Hilton Miami Downtown’s multi-million-dollar renovation truly represents the area’s best – style, culture, convenience, and value – in one superior hotel offering,” said Alex Batista, Director of Sales and Marketing, Hilton Miami Downtown. “From corporate groups large and small, to social events, to leisure weekenders, pre- and post-cruisers, and families – this property has it all!”

HBA Atlanta (Hirsch Bedner Associates), a leader in hospitality interior design known for creating sophisticated design concepts that meet 21st-century traveler demands, led the property’s design renovation, creating a transformative look and feel that brings a more modern, urban sleek aesthetic to the hotel, with an emphasis on technology and contemporary fashion and art influences.
