Dusit International has formalized a hotel management agreement with PT Komodo Property Management to manage Kaliwatu Residences – Dusit Collection, a new exclusive luxury retreat situated in Labuan Bajo on Flores Island, one of Indonesia’s emerging tourism destinations. This agreement marks the first Dusit Collection branded hotel in Indonesia, furthering the accomplishments of its subsidiary, Elite Havens, which is esteemed as the premier luxury villa rental provider in the area and currently oversees properties in Bali and Lombok.
With this latest addition, Dusit’s portfolio has expanded to include 296 properties across 18 countries, comprising 57 establishments under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and 239 luxury villas managed by Elite Havens. The Kaliwatu Residences – Dusit Collection joins two other Dusit Collection properties that are in the pipeline: Layan Verde in Phuket, anticipated to open in 2027, and Plaza De Zamboanga – Dusit Collection in the Philippines, which is set to launch later this year.
