The results of the latest research conducted to establish most Instagrammable hotels worldwide were released today. Travel industry experts analyzed a list of 80 hotels from around the world to determine which ones are the most Instagrammable based on the number of hashtagged Instagram pictures featuring the hotel name.

Here is the list of the top 10 most Instagrammable hotels in the world, according to the study’s results:

1. The Burj Al Arab in Dubai takes the crown as the most Instagrammable hotel in the world, with over 2.5 million posts showcasing its Instagram hashtag. This hotel, located on its own man-made island, offers 198 exclusive suites and a dedicated 24-hour butler service. To put it into perspective, the Burj Al Arab is being posted on Instagram a whopping 2,869% more than London’s Claridge’s, which came in tenth place on the list.

2. Coming in second is Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, with its hashtag appearing in 673,000 Instagram posts. This ocean-themed resort boasts 1,544 rooms and offers free access to the world’s largest waterpark, the Aquaventure Waterpark in Dubai.

3. The Soneva Jani in the Maldives takes the third spot, with over 423,000 hashtagged posts. This luxurious resort features 51 over-water villas and seven island residences. It can only be reached by seaplane from Velana International Airport, which is 166 km away, or by speedboat from Kunfunadhoo Island.

4. Italy’s Villa d’Este, located on Lake Como, secures the fourth position with 201,000 Instagram hashtagged posts. This opulent hotel, once a royal residence during the 16th century, sits on 25 acres of stunning gardens with breathtaking views of Lake Como.

5. In fifth place is the Bellagio in Las Vegas, with over 187,000 posts dedicated to its Instagram hashtag. The hotel is famous for its mesmerizing Fountains of Bellagio, which are synchronized with music and feature 1,200 water jets shooting water into the air.

6. The Beverly Hills Hotel in California takes the sixth spot, with more than 143,000 Instagram posts showcasing the hotel’s hashtag. With 210 guest rooms, suites, and 23 bungalows, it’s a favorite among the Hollywood elite, including film stars, rock stars, and celebrities.

7. Giraffe Manor in Nairobi, Kenya, secures the seventh position, with 117,000 Instagram posts dedicated to the hotel. This unique hotel is home to a herd of Rothschild giraffes and actively participates in a breeding program to protect this endangered species. Guests have the incredible opportunity to feed and capture pictures with these majestic creatures.

8. The Ritz in Paris claims the eighth spot, with over 97,100 Instagram posts featuring the hotel hashtag. With 142 rooms, a spa, a swimming pool, and three bars and restaurants, including the renowned Espadon with two Michelin stars, the Ritz offers a luxurious experience in the heart of Paris.

9. The Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore closely follows at number nine, with over 96,900 hashtagged posts on Instagram. This impressive hotel boasts two exclusive Chairman Suites, each spanning 629 square meters, equivalent to the size of over two tennis courts. It’s no wonder they are among the largest suites in Singapore.

10. Wrapping up the list at number ten is Claridge’s in London, with 84,300 Instagram posts featuring the hotel hashtag. In 2023, Louis Vuitton had the honor of designing their Christmas tree, joining a prestigious list of famous designers who have adorned Claridge’s with their festive creations, including Jimmy Choo, Dior, Christian Louboutin, and Karl Lagerfeld.
