During the ongoing Muslim holy month of Ramadan, the World Tourism Network (WTN) demonstrates its commitment to philanthropy, particularly towards orphans.

The WTN Bangladesh Chapter, under the chairmanship of Mr. HM Hakim Ali, organized a heartfelt Iftar party on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Hotel Agrabad in Chattogram, Bangladesh.

This initiative, co-sponsored by Hotel Agrabad, is part of the organization’s ongoing social responsibility efforts. Over 100 orphaned children were invited to partake in the evening, enjoying delicious Iftar meals and sweets.

Hotel Agrabad is a 5-star hotel in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Chittagong is a large port city on the southeastern coast of Bangladesh.

The hotel houses four different multi-cuisine restaurants to ensure the satisfaction of guests’ taste buds worldwide. It also has a fully equipped fitness center, a six-lane swimming pool, and an authentic Thai spa.

At the event, Mr. Ali expressed the importance of giving back to the community and the significance of such gatherings for orphaned children. He emphasized that this event was a small yet meaningful step towards fulfilling their social responsibility.

Mr. Ali added, “We aim to bring joy to these children’s lives, and we hope they cherish the memories made during this event.”
