In this role as GM for Aloft and Element Tampa, Perkins will oversee all aspects of the property’s operations, from driving guest satisfaction and financial performance to leading teams and ensuring the property continues to thrive as a key destination in Tampa’s competitive hospitality market.
Perkins joins Aloft and Element Tampa Midtown from the dual-branded AC Clearwater Beach Hotel & Courtyard, where he served as Dual General Manager. His career also includes leadership roles at The Karol Hotel in Pinellas County, Lexington Marriott City Center & Residence Inn in Kentucky, Charlotte Marriott City Center, W Atlanta Downtown, and Hotel Adagio in San Francisco. With more than 15 years in the hospitality industry, Perkins holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of South Florida.
