Virtuoso travel network has introduced a new member to its Senior Leadership Team, appointing Paul Kearney as Senior Vice President, Technology, and implementing a strategic reorganization in senior leadership for its Digital, Network and Events Product divisions.
These changes reinforce Virtuoso’s dedication to expansion, innovation, and meeting the diverse needs of global luxury consumers, agency members, and preferred partners, with an even stronger emphasis on each practice area.
The investment in these organizational changes also demonstrates Virtuoso’s commitment to developing technology-driven solutions that enhance human connection – a core focus of the organization.
The Enterprise Technology division is under the leadership of the newly promoted Senior Vice President, Technology Paul Kearney. With over 30 years of experience in technological innovation and business transformation, Kearney has been a valuable asset since joining Virtuoso in 2019. He has previously served as Vice President, Engineering and most recently as Vice President, Technology, playing a key role in developing essential technology capabilities. Kearney’s achievements include transitioning Virtuoso to a cloud-centric environment, implementing crucial digital enhancements, and reengineering the organization’s data analytics capabilities. Prior to his time at Virtuoso, Kearney held senior positions at Nordstrom, FlowEnergy, InfoSpace, and MSNBC.com (now NBCNews.com). Kearney will continue to drive the strategic and operational focus of the company to meet the evolving needs of Virtuoso’s global network as it expands further.
Furthermore, Virtuoso has unified all Digital Products under the guidance of Travis McElfresh, Senior Vice President of Digital & Consumer Products. McElfresh, who has been part of the organization for five years, will lead the development of digital products and initiatives aimed at attaining an ideal product-market fit and delivering exceptional value to Virtuoso’s network. His focus will be on user-centric design to address the changing needs of Virtuoso members, advisers, and partners serving luxury travelers.
Senior Vice President, Network Product & Events Jennifer Campbell, who has been with the company since 2013, will now focus exclusively on Virtuoso’s network products and its growing portfolio of global events. Her expertise and leadership will support the global opportunities that Virtuoso offers its advisors and partners for one-to-one interaction, as well as the network products that drive the continued success across these foundational areas for the network.
“These changes reflect Virtuoso’s dedication to enhancing strategic and operational focus, driving innovation and leading the future of luxury travel as we continue expanding into a truly global network, spanning 54 countries and counting,” said Brad Bourland, Chief Operating Officer of Virtuoso.
“This organizational realignment and appointment of Paul Kearney to our Senior Executive team allows us to achieve greater success and accelerate the delivery of unparalleled experiences to our preferred partners, member agencies, advisors and travelers.”
