MEXICO CITY, Mexico – Grupo Aeromexico SAB de CV today reported April 2016 operational results.

• Grupo Aeromexico transported 1 million 539 thousand passengers in April; a 1.8% year-on-year increase. International passenger numbers decreased by 2.2%, while domestic passenger numbers increased by 3.8%.

• Demand, measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometers (RPKs), increased by 1.9%, year-on-year. Aeromexico’s capacity, measured in Available Seat Kilometers (ASKs), increased by 4.0% year-on-year.

• Aeromexico’s April load factor was 74.9%.
