Air Astana’s latest frequent flyer program upgrade is a result of a thorough analysis of passenger feedback and signifies a crucial milestone in the continuous development of the program.

On 17th May 2024, Air Astana is set to introduce significant improvements to its Nomad Club frequent flyer program. This upgrade is a result of a thorough analysis of passenger feedback and signifies a crucial milestone in the continuous development of the program.

As part of this comprehensive update, the point allocation methodology within the Nomad Club program has been revamped. Instead of being based on flight distance, points will now be allocated based on the expenditure per fare. This change aims to provide a fairer and more transparent system for members.

Furthermore, the process of utilizing earned points for bookings will be enhanced. Members will now have direct accessibility to this feature with just one click on the airline’s website homepage. This improvement will streamline the booking process and make it more convenient for Nomad Club members.

Additionally, the minimum threshold for acquiring award tickets or upgrades will be dynamically adjusted in accordance with the flight load. This adjustment ensures that members have a greater chance of utilizing their points for rewards, as it aligns with the availability of flights.

These enhancements to the Nomad Club frequent flyer program demonstrate Air Astana‘s commitment to providing an exceptional travel experience for its loyal customers.

From 17th to 20th May 2024, Nomad Club services, including check-in, the reservation centre, sales offices, the website, and the app, will not be accessible. Between 21st and 25th May 2024, there may be intermittent access to personal accounts due to the ongoing upgrade of the corporate website. We advise Nomad Club members to complete any planned transactions within their personal accounts by 17th May 2024. Rest assured, members’ statuses and accumulated points will seamlessly transfer to the new system without any modifications. Additionally, points earned from flights during the transition phase will be automatically credited.

Air Astana aims to complete the transformation of the program by the end of summer, and we will announce new privileges available to Nomad Club members.
