The first Odisha Travel Bazar will be held in the capital city of Bhubaneshwar in Odisha, India, from October 15 to 17, 2017.
About 40 foreign tour operators are expected to attend, and some 20 domestic ones.
Ashok Chandra Panda, Tourism Minister of the State, on August 22 invited industry leaders to come for the mart, for which a road show was held in Delhi.
The state is also seeking private sector investment for projects of tourism promotion. The event is being organized in partnership with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
