NBAL flew its first customer on Friday, October 24 in one of its Hawker 800XPs in the local charter fleet in China. The aircraft took off from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and flew five legs to several locations around China, including Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, and Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Customer confidentiality is part of the service that NetJets provides for all of its operations worldwide, and we are respecting our first charter customer’s wish not to be identified.

“It was wonderful to see several years of hard work culminate in a highly successful trip,” said Eric Wong, NBAL vice chairman. “The trip client was able to visit facilities in multiple locations on a schedule that is not possible to complete in a timely manner via commercial airlines.”

In addition, NBAL has selected MedAire to be its partner in China, providing unmatched medical services to customers while in flight. NBAL aircraft are equipped with MedLink, and all crewmembers receive MedAire’s first aid training.

“Our top goal is to provide the safest flights in private aviation, and our customers around the world feel comforted knowing that MedAire is on standby in the event of a medical emergency for all NetJets company flights globally, including China,” Wong added.

Finally, it is important to note that NBAL’s management customers benefit from our negotiated discounted pricing.
