In acknowledging the stellar legacy of Mr. Hylton, at an awards ceremony yesterday, Minister Bartlett requested a moment of silence from the audience to “Honour the legacy of man who was instrumental in revolutionizing the shipping industry which facilitated the expansion of the country’s trans-shipment infrastructure.”
