The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy is aiming for visits by foreign tourists (tourists) from China to Bali to reach 1.5 million people in 2024.

This target is an increase from 707,000 visitors from China to Bali in 2023

The director of Regional Tourism Marketing at the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Wisnu Sindhutrisno, said that there will be 13 airlines connecting Bali with China this year.

The seating capacity for this is at 1.1 million.

According to the Chinese government, as many as 40 million of its citizens will travel abroad in 2024 compared to 10 million in 2023.

“According to Wisnu, the Chinese government has claimed since last year that as many as 40 million of its citizens will travel abroad. However, the realization is that around 10 million Chinese citizens will travel abroad in 2023.
