AirTran Airways announced today that it will begin offering two daily nonstop flights between Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport in Baltimore and Jacksonville International Airport in Jacksonville, Florida.

“Baltimore continues to be an important city in the AirTran Airways network, and we are pleased to expand our presence and offer residents additional travel options,” said Tad Hutcheson, vice president of marketing and sales, AirTran Airways.

The following nonstop daily flights between Baltimore/Washington and Jacksonville will be available beginning May 4, 2010:
