Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Apartments in Dubai’s Al Rigga neighborhood today formally opens its doors to guests. Managed by Carlson Rezidor, one of the largest and most dynamic hotel groups worldwide, this is the second Park Inn by Radisson property in the Emirate.
“With Dubai’s inbound tourism rate expected to grow by nine per cent of visitors from now until the end of the decade, it is crucial for the Emirate to cater to travellers from business, leisure and family, to meet their tourism targets in time for Expo2020,” said Mark Willis, area vice president for the Middle East and Turkey The Rezidor Hotel Group. “The newest Park Inn by Radisson is a great addition to Dubai’s ever- expanding hospitality sector, as it caters to guests from the growing mid- market segment.”
The 149 room property includes wide- ranging offerings for cosmopolitan travellers: it houses an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant serving Indian cuisine with an East African twist, an Iranian café, a banquet hall fitted for social and business events, a health club and an outdoor pool.
“Located in Dubai’s Deira district, this property is set in a neighbourhood that has historically been at epicentre of the city’s business and trade,” continued Willis. “And with the old souks, modern shopping malls and Dubai International Airport in close proximity, the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Apartments Al Rigga will be a dynamic and unique addition to our growing portfolio.”
In the United Arab Emirates, Carlson Rezidor currently manages a portfolio of 11 hotels with more than 2700 rooms in operation and under development.
