AJMAN, United Arab Emirates – The wedding fair at The Ajman Palace Hotel will showcase some of the world’s most luxurious brands. Being held under the Kind Patronage of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal Al Qassimi, the two-day ‘Wedding Fair’ is said to be the biggest hotel wedding exhibition in the Northern Emirates and will take place at the hotel’s magnificent ‘Al Saalah’ Ballroom on 12th and 13th February, 2015. The event will bring together over 50 leading regional and international brands and designers specialized in catering to high-end weddings.

Among the top exhibitors is Luxury Majlis with brands such as Wiener Silber Manufactur from Vienna displaying unique silverwork masterpieces, Ege Exquisit from Germany showcasing the world’s finest table and bed linens and KPM, one of the leading and oldest royal porcelain producers in Germany.

Ege Exquisit produces the highest quality of table- and bed linen. They are described as Haute Couture creating perfect ambience. Christoph Ege will himself attend the Wedding Fair at The Ajman Palace Hotel. He is the owner and CEO of this noble family-owned company (third generation). He presents specially made lace from St. Gallen, brocade-damask from Piedmont, heavy pure linen woven in a small mill in Ireland, beautiful paisley fabrics, rare Mongolian cashmere and other fabrics – all and everything is manufactured according to Ege Exquisit’s own design, quality standard and tradition.

Wiener Silber Manufactur from Vienna will showcase a range of unique items. One can admire masterworks of Viennese silversmith crafts-school: the so-called Pumpkin tea service, designed by the renowned Austrian architect Otto Prutscher around 1930. Beatrix Cohausz, Founder of Luxury Mujlis, today the local representative of the Wiener Silber Manufactur in the UAE, said, “We are delighted to participate in The Wedding Fair at The Ajman Palace Hotel. Silverware is most popular as wedding gift. It reflects the joy and solemnity of the occasion. It also reflects the value of the moment and perpetuates it into the future. Happy couples traditionally welcome exclusive cutlery. However, home furnishing and equipment of lasting value are of increasing popularity as wedding gifts. Wiener Silber Manufactur from Vienna is one of the most prestigious brands to produce stunning treasures.”

Part of this exclusive line up will be KPM, a trend-setter in producing timeless porcelain since 1763. It crowns since then the tables of Europe’s Royal dynasties, ambassadors and those who value enduring artwork and craftsmanship. The seven Kings and Emperors who owned KPM within three centuries ensured that the best residences and palaces in the world still serve until today on KPM porcelain. And some of the finest pieces will be on display at The Wedding Fair in The Ajman Palace Hotel.

Ferghal Purcell, General Manager of The Ajman Palace Hotel, said: “The Ajman Palace Hotel is a prestigious address for weddings where luxury meets elegance. We have got the largest and most stunning ballroom and wedding facilities in the Northern Emirates. ‘The Wedding Fair’ is Ajman’s first wedding expo and will serve as a showcase for visitors to see the finest mix of wedding must-haves. Be it the latest bridal trends or the top most brands in silver tableware, porcelain, linen, décor, entertainment, event planners, luxury car-rental, photography, etc. It will be an unmissable bridal party where unique wedding themes will be brought to life giving you the much-needed inspiration for the big day. During the event, top experts will also share invaluable advice on creating a fairy-tale wedding.”

The highlight of ‘The Wedding Fair’ will be a spectacular bridal show on the opening nightfeaturing the latest collections from some of the most popular local designers and boutiques.
