Business travelers have rated three Indian airports – Kempegowda in Bangalore, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Mumbai, and Indira Gandhi in Delhi – among the best in Asia, according to a recent study.
Bangalore’s Kempegowda airport grabbed the seventh spot with a 5.56 rating, while Mumbai and Delhi airports secured the ninth and tenth positions with ratings of 5.22 and 4.22, respectively.
The rankings, compiled by Business Financing, analyzed reviews from airlinequality.com, focusing specifically on feedback from business travelers.
While India shines, Asian aviation powerhouses like Singapore and Hong Kong continue to dominate the top ranks.
Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport clinched the top spot, followed by Singapore’s Changi Airport and Hong Kong Airport. Qatar’s Hamad Airport and two Japanese airports – Narita and Haneda – rounded out the top five.
This recognition highlights the growing appeal of Indian airports for business travelers, showcasing improvements in facilities, services, and overall experience.
