The lead negotiator for the national headquarters of the union, Rich Michalski, confirmed in a phone interview the the Seattle Times that a vote is set for Jan 3rd.

The move appears to be against the wishes of the union’s local Puget Sound area district 751 leadership, which has not informed its members nor posted any information on its Web site.
