Claire Holder OBE, the Managing Director of UK’s most popular and most known carnival group, the Notting Hill Carnival Roadshow, has written to Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture, and to Marymonde Matatiken, the Manager of the “Celebrate Seychelles Events Department” of the Seychelles Tourism Board to say thank you and to congratulate Seychelles and La Reunion for the successful edition of their 2012 edition of the annual Carnaval International de Victoria, which took place in early March in Seychelles.
