From Mahe Island in the Seychelles, Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino has issued an update of their continuing upgrading exercise, which is said to be aimed at ensuring the comfort of guests during each stay. Johnette Labiche, the Company’s Area Director for Sales & Marketing, has explained the renovation work is aimed at ensuring that the Seychelles Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino retains its place as a favored resort on the beach of Beau Vallon Bay on the main island of Mahe.

FULL REFURBISHMENT OF STANDARD ROOMS

Refurbishment work on the standard rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors is still ongoing, and to date, work has been completed on 80 standard rooms. There is minimum interruption to the existing house guests, and the work is done from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on a daily basis. A limited number of standard rooms are renovated at one time, depending on the occupancy level of the resort.

The 80 refurbished standard rooms are now fitted with new room furniture and fittings, lighting, etc., and a complete new bathroom. Work has also started on the refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floor corridor ceiling. The hotel shall ensure minimum interruption to its existing in-house guests, with the work expected to be completed by April 2012.

STOP SALES

The resort has already communicated to all their partners to stop sales from August 1-14, 2011 inclusive, and sales will re-open on August 15, 2011 for all 3 room categories of standard, superior, and deluxe.

SWIMMING POOL DECK RENOVATION

During the stop sales period, the management of the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino will be carrying out renovation work on the swimming pool deck from August 1-15, 2011. The work will involve retiling the deck of the kids pool and the main pool. The swimming pool will still be open for use by in-house guests.

Johnette Labiche said: “We assure our highest level of service during this time of upgrading to ensure our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and would appreciate your support, cooperation, and understanding during this period of upgrading. Thank you for being one of our valued business partners, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.”

The Seychelles Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino has created a name for itself as being the resort involved with the country’s events, and today has the name of the “buzzing” resort right on the beach.
