The Belair Beach Hotel on St. Maarten is anticipating a re-opening by the end of this month, March 2018, after suffering damage from Hurricane Irma which struck the island in early September of last year.

The hotel has installed new sliding glass doors and new safety railings for the second, third, and fourth floors, and repairs have been done on the first floor which sustained significant damage, including replacing all the furniture.

The Belair Beach Hotel, located on Little Bay Beach is the only all-suite oceanfront resort on St. Maarten. It has a unique combination of hotel, timeshare, and condominium facilities.

The hotel is only 3 minutes away from Philipsburg, the capital of Dutch St. Maarten, and 20 minutes from Marigot, the capital of the French side. All major entertainment areas offering casinos, nightclubs, cinemas and restaurants are in close proximity to Belair.
