Board directors stepping down and stepping in at GuestLogix

TORONTO, ONTARIO – GuestLogix Inc. today announced that Leo Desrochers has resigned as a Director of the Corporation. Concurrently, GuestLogix also announces the appointment of John Gillberry as Lead Independent Director, effective immediately.
