Since the beginning of November, the arena of Las Ventas Bullring in Madrid, Spain, has been turned into an improvised heated venue with seating for 900 people. The venue is used for musical and theatre shows during the winter months.
In March 2015, the staging and seating will be dismantled in preparation for the bullfighting season.
During this period of inactivity as far as bulls are concerned, Madrid’s Plaza Monumental bullring will be called El Teatro Ruedo Las Ventas.
