Villa Nai 3.3, the ultra-luxury eight-bedroomed property, located on the island of Dugi Otok, is delighted to announce that it has become one of just three properties in Croatia to join the prestigious American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts® Collection. A member of The Leading Hotels of the World, Villa Nai 3.3 has won multiple global awards for its world-renowned Nai 3.3 olive oil, made from the impeccable fruit from its ancient 500-year-old olive groves, which cover more than 40,000sqm – every drop created by hand.

Villa Nai 3.3 has just eight exquisitely designed rooms and suites, created by renowned Croatian architect Nikola Bašić, who gained worldwide notoriety for his innovative Sea Organ in the city of Zadar. By respecting the terrain, Villa Nai 3.3 is a building of unusual geometry, which combines the historic and respected olive oil extraction process with elegant and luxurious hotel accommodation.

Its futuristic design blends seamlessly into the landscape, using local stone harvested from the land. Villa Nai 3.3 exudes calmness, with just eight rooms featuring exposed stone walls, limestone floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the olive groves and the Adriatic. Bathrooms are equally calm with minimalist styling.

Hidden from sight, the natural design is not obtrusive to the landscape and effortlessly combines the raw beauty of the destination with luxury, comfort, and privacy. Villa Nai 3.3’s excellent location offers guests the opportunity to sail the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea and discover the 140 perfectly interlocked islets of the Kornati Islands.

Noting that Villa Nai 3.3 is the only hotel in Croatia outside Dubrovnik to become part of the American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts® Collection, Maksim Juričić, general manager, noted: “This is a major accomplishment for our team and we are excited and appreciative to now join American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts®, one of the leading luxury lodging programs for affluent travelers as only the third property in Croatia and the only one outside Dubrovnik area.

“American Express Platinum Card and Centurion Card members can receive special benefits such as early check-in, a $100 food and beverage credit, room upgrades when available, and an award-winning Nai 3.3 olive oil welcome gift, among other perks. Additionally, Centurion members during their stay at Villa Nai 3.3 will receive an olive oil tasting and a tour of the estate and olive oil mill.”
