In partnership with the Division of Festivals, the US Virgin Islands (USVI) Department of Tourism has officially announced the dates for the 2025 St. Thomas Carnival. This year’s festivities are set to take place from April 27 to May 3, 2025, and will continue to highlight the rich cultural heritage through an array of food, music, and vibrant experiences.
The 73rd annual Carnival will include a variety of traditional events, such as the Queen and Princess Pageants, the Calypso Monarch competition, Pan-O-Rama, and one of the finest J’ouvert celebrations in the region. The weeklong festival will culminate in a much-anticipated parade through Charlotte Amalie, featuring thousands of masqueraders dressed in colorful attire and stunning costumes as they dance to the lively rhythms of soca and traditional Virgin Islands bands along the 2-mile route.
