Travel industry experts conducted a search on Airbnb website to find the top ten priciest vacation rentals in every state across the US. They ranked these rentals by considering the total cost for a 7-night stay in July 2024, which includes expenses such as cleaning fees, Airbnb service fees, occupancy taxes, and any available discounts.
The post-tax nightly rates of the priciest Airbnbs in each state vary from $994 (North Dakota) to $55,729 (Colorado). These rates are influenced by factors such as location, property type, and rental frequency.
The United States’ highest-priced Airbnb can be found in Colorado, costing $55,729 per night. Texas takes second place, charging $53,584 per night, followed by Nevada at $39,563 per night, South Carolina at $37,510 per night, and California at $29,367 per night.
