Alistar will be responsible for the management of PCI’s major markets in San Francisco, San Jose, the Peninsula, East Bay, Sacramento, Fresno, and surrounding regions.
He has over 18 years of experience in parking management, mobility, and transportation. He specializes in optimizing operations through technology innovation, balancing client and employee needs. He has an impressive track record of project management success in diverse projects across sectors: commercial high-rise office buildings, municipalities, medical centers, universities, and mixed-use developments. Before joining PCI, he worked in senior leadership with a national parking operator in which he managed over 200 locations and 300 employees covering Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Alistar earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management (Cum Laude) and an MBA at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. His philosophy as a leader is about team-work, mentorship, and excellent service, enhanced even by technology.
