Malaysia Airlines has taken delivery of its first A330neo. The A330-900 is the first 20 to be leased from Avolon by MAG. Fuel efficiency is the main reason.
MAG’s A330neo can carry 269 passengers in two classes.
The airline will deploy the aircraft on routes across Asia and the Pacific and on selected routes to the Middle East.
MAG is the 20th airline to join the number of global operators using the A330neo. Airbus has delivered more than 140 A330neo aircraft to airlines worldwide.
