QT Melbourne has launched its inaugural Well-Being “Dog-Cierge,” named Russell. In collaboration with Guide Dogs Victoria, this 20-month-old blond Labrador Retriever, named after his residence at 133 Russell Street, has established a permanent presence at QT Melbourne, bringing joy, comfort, and companionship to all who enter the hotel’s renowned copper doors.

Russell underwent comprehensive training with Guide Dogs Victoria to support individuals with visual impairments. However, his playful demeanor made him particularly suited for a well-being position rather than a conventional guide dog role. At QT Melbourne, he will welcome guests, lead morning strolls, and promote overall wellness with his charming personality.
