MGM Resorts International has officially announced today the appointment of new Chief Content, Hospitality and Development Officer, effective immediately.
In this capacity, Ari Kastrati will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s worldwide design and development initiatives, as well as its sports and entertainment collaborations.
Additionally, he will maintain his focus on advancing the Company’s hospitality strategy, which encompasses the creation of food and beverage and nightlife offerings, while also leading the lifestyle, retail, leasing, and arts sectors.
Kastrati will report directly to MGM Resorts CEO and President Bill Hornbuckle and will be a member of the Company’s Executive Committee.
Kastrati became a part of MGM Resorts in 2010 and most recently held the position of Chief Hospitality Officer. In this role, he managed the Company’s Hospitality Center of Excellence and played a crucial role in establishing a premier collection of dining and nightlife venues.
Prior to his tenure at MGM Resorts, Kastrati gained experience at various esteemed hospitality firms, accumulating over 25 years of industry expertise.
