The Board of Commissioners of Explore St. Louis has officially announced the appointment of Brad Dean as the new president and CEO, effective February 17, 2025. With over twenty years of experience in the tourism and destination marketing sector, Dean previously served as the CEO of Discover Puerto Rico and held the position of president and CEO at the Myrtle Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau for two decades.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois. His extensive knowledge in strategic planning, destination branding, and stakeholder engagement will be vital in furthering Explore St. Louis’s mission to promote St. Louis as a leading destination.
