Boeing has officially appointed Jeff Shockey as the new executive vice president of Government Operations, Global Public Policy, and Corporate Strategy, with his tenure commencing on February 24.
In this role, Shockey will oversee Boeing’s initiatives in global public policy, which encompass operations at the federal, state, and local levels in the United States, as well as sustainability efforts. He will also manage the Boeing Global Engagement, the company’s philanthropic arm. Furthermore, Shockey will be responsible for developing a unified corporate strategy that effectively communicates Boeing’s business objectives and fosters relationships with both public and private stakeholders.
He will report directly to Boeing President and CEO Kelly Ortberg and will be a member of the company’s Executive Council.
