A native of France, Bertrand holds a diploma in tourism management from Ecole Nationale de Commerce and a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University. He began his career in hospitality in 1987 with IHG at Le Grand InterContinental in Paris, initially focusing on front-of-house operations. His journey has been fueled by a deep passion, curiosity, and a steadfast work ethic, allowing him to advance steadily in his career.
