Four Seasons and RAK Properties have announced plans for a new beach resort and private residences, which will be a key component of the flagship 400-hectare (1,000-acre) master-planned waterfront development known as Mina.
This project is envisioned as a haven of beachfront elegance and natural splendor, featuring approximately 150 rooms, suites, and villas, in addition to around 130 private residences. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina aims to position Mina as a premier locale for both living and leisure.
Mina is conceptualized as a dual-island retreat, set against the stunning backdrop of Ras Al Khaimah, with the tranquil waters of the Arabian Gulf, 18 kilometers (11 miles) of waterfront, private beaches, and views of the Hajar mountain range.
