Viceroy Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of the new director of food and beverage at Viceroy Chicago. Nicholas Marino will be responsible for managing the hotel’s food and beverage services, which encompass in-room dining, the signature restaurant Somerset, and the newly established 18th-floor cocktail lounge, Pandan.
Marino brings with him two decades of international hospitality experience, having held significant roles such as executive chef, culinary director, and director of food and beverage at prestigious venues throughout the United States.
