Resorts World Las Vegas has announced the appointment of seasoned casino professional Greg Shulman as Executive Vice President of International Marketing, effective March 17. With more than 30 years of experience in the gaming sector, Shulman offers a wealth of knowledge in player development and marketing. His addition aligns with the leadership’s long-term strategy to enhance the international footprint and position Resorts World Las Vegas as a leading destination.

“Greg’s impressive career in the gaming industry is a testament to his leadership and relationships all over the globe,” said Carlos Castro, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Resorts World Las Vegas. “He is widely regarded as one of the top player development executives in the industry, and we are thrilled to welcome him to our team as we continue to elevate our brand and expand our market reach.”
In his new role, Shulman will oversee the international casino marketing strategy for Resorts World Las Vegas, concentrating on high-end player development. He brings significant experience, having been a pivotal member of the opening team at the Bellagio, where he served as Executive Director of Marketing. Subsequently, he held the position of Vice President of Casino Marketing & Hospitality at MGM Resorts International. He later returned to the Bellagio as Vice President of International Marketing within the MGM Resorts portfolio, successfully attracting high-profile VIP clients from key global markets, a focus he will continue in his new role at Resorts World Las Vegas.
Most recently, Shulman was the Vice President of Casino Marketing at Palms Casino Resort, where he implemented improvements in player development and guest relations. He briefly left the Las Vegas area to lead the reopening efforts of Sandia Resort & Casino in New Mexico as Chief Operating Officer. Under his guidance, the resort reopened and achieved record profitability.
Resorts World Las Vegas Board Chairman Jim Murren added, “Greg has a proven track record of executing marketing strategies that attract new audiences and drive financial growth. We are excited for Greg to continue expanding our global casino marketing efforts here at Resorts World Las Vegas, and we are confident he will be instrumental in supporting our ongoing success and development.”
“I am excited to embark on the next chapter of my career at Resorts World Las Vegas and contribute to the company’s success as we look to accelerate our growth in the International VIP player market,” said Shulman. “In the few years since its opening, Resorts World Las Vegas has already become a popular destination for guests from around the world, and I look forward to working alongside the leadership team to further expand our presence at home and abroad.”
