Marriott International, Inc. has officially announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Xiamen Green Development Investment Group to establish The Ritz-Carlton on Xiamen Island in Fujian Province. The Ritz-Carlton, Xiamen is set to provide its renowned service and sophisticated design, allowing guests to experience one of China’s most desirable locations.
This new Ritz-Carlton will be integrated into a prestigious mixed-use development that will include retail outlets and a 340-meter office tower, which is expected to become the tallest structure in both Xiamen and the broader Fujian province. Additionally, the project will feature Marriott Executive Apartments, which will offer extended-stay accommodations to enhance the luxury experience of the development.
The site ilocated only a short drive from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and the nearest metro station.
