Prakash Kumar Sedhain, the pilot of the Manang Air helicopter that tragically crashed on October 14, has passed away during his treatment at the National Burn Centre in Mumbai, India.
He suffered severe burn injuries, affecting approximately 45 to 50 percent of his body, including his face and limbs. Despite extensive efforts to save him, his injuries proved too severe for treatment in Kathmandu, necessitating his urgent transfer to Mumbai.
