The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) announced the resignation of former Governor Carl T.C. Gutierrez from his position as its President & Chief Executive Officer.
The news comes after the Board of Directors received and accepted his official letter of resignation this afternoon, citing personal decision.
GVB Vice President Gerry Perez has been named as the Acting President & CEO in the interim until the position is filled.
The Bureau continues to be functional, carrying on its duties and mission for the tourism industry.
