The renewed agreement encompasses the ongoing utilization of Sabre’s Passenger Service System (PSS) and Global Distribution System (GDS), alongside the integration of Sabre’s Mosaic solutions, including Ancillary IQ™ and Dynamic Availability. These tools are designed to bolster GOL’s growth and retail strategies, ultimately enhancing its revenue performance.

Through the incorporation of SabreMosaic modules, GOL intends to improve its retailing capabilities and deliver customized experiences to its passengers. Ancillary IQ will allow GOL to present personalized and optimized ancillary offerings by utilizing artificial intelligence and real-time data to suggest appropriate products—such as seat upgrades, baggage options, and priority boarding—tailored to individual travelers. Concurrently, Dynamic Availability will refine pricing in real time by intelligently modifying seat availability and fare conditions in response to market demand and airline strategies.
Furthermore, GOL is adopting Sabre’s Self-Service Reaccommodation solution, which will empower travelers with personalized rebooking options accessible via their mobile devices, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining operational processes.
