Extell Development Company, in collaboration with Four Seasons, has unveiled plans for a resort and residential project in Deer Valley East Village, marking the first new luxury alpine village in North America in over four decades.
The Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Deer Valley aims to deliver mountain experience for both guests and residents, complemented by the exceptional service that the brand is famous for.
Designed by ODA Architecture, this new development will feature 134 guest rooms and suites, along with 123 private residences ranging from one to six bedrooms.
Deer Valley’s newly developed East Village, situated at the base of its expansive 3,700-acre (1,500-hectare) ski terrain, is set to transform the renowned destination into one of the largest ski resorts in North America. This development will provide improved slopeside access, a cutting-edge skier services facility, a variety of retail options, diverse culinary experiences, and a selection of après-ski venues.
