Although it is a non-profit company, it’s a big business that helps airlines maintain their prestige and strive for excellence. ANA, or All Nippon Airlines, a Star Alliance airline from Japan, issued a press release proudly announcing it achieved its first 2024 APEX World Class award.
The APEX World Class status is determined by expert onboard audits and customer evaluations, recognizing the world’s highest-quality airlines in safety, security, well-being, sustainability, and service quality. ANA earned high marks for its safe and clean, in-flight environment, contributions to understanding a sustainable society, and high-quality customer service.
