Four Seasons and Paulson Puerto Rico have announced their partnership to manage a resort and residential complex located in Bahia Beach, Rio Grande. This deal marks Four Seasons‘ first opening in Puerto Rico and boosts the luxury brand’s expansion throughout the Caribbean.
Set within 483 acres (195 hectares) of verdant landscaping along Bahia Beach, the property is designed to harmonize with its natural environment, providing guests and residents with an opportunity to fully appreciate the splendor of Puerto Rico. Efforts will be made to preserve the local ecosystem, while the interiors will undergo renovations in preparation for the debut of Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico in late 2025.
The Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Puerto Rico will feature 139 redesigned rooms and suites, along with 85 Private Residences. Additionally, other existing units will be incorporated into the residential offerings upon the property’s reopening as a Four Seasons destination. The location is conveniently situated just a 30-minute drive from San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
