Design Hotels, a collection of nearly 300 independent hotels, has announced its participation in the upcoming annual international art week in Mexico City, which encompasses Zona Maco and Material Art Fairs. From today until February 9, Design Hotels will honor art and culture through a unique culinary and cocktail initiative in partnership with its members, Grupo Habita and Drift Hotels, both of which are part of Marriott’s travel program, Marriott Bonvoy.
After Mexico City Art Week, Design Hotels will partner with its member hotels and owners to organize events and experiences for the third consecutive year during Milan Design Week in April. This will be followed by the Venice Biennale in May, where Grupo Habita will play a role in the Mexican pavilion, as well as the newly introduced Biennale d’architecture et de paysage in Versailles, and NYC x Design, both also taking place in May.
