Red Sox offer travel-games package to Japan in March

Red Sox fans can now travel with the team to its season-opening series in Tokyo, the latest addition to the “Red Sox Destinations” travel program run by Fenway Sports Group, the sales and marketing arm of the company that owns the Sox and Fenway Park.

The trip package, which starts at $4,999, includes roundtrip private charter airfare, lodging, ground transportation, sightseeing, and a private reception with select Red Sox players and personnel.

It also comes with tickets to three games at the Tokyo Dome: An exhibition match against a Nippon Professional Baseball League team on March 23 and two Major League Baseball regular season games against the Oakland Athletics on March 25 and 26.
