The Tanzania Society of Travel Agents (TASOTA), in conjunction with Amadeus East Africa, has informed their membership across Tanzania of an imminent training seminar in customer services strategy under the theme: โ€œAchieving Excellence through Customer Service.โ€

Taking place on October 26 at The Hyatt โ€“ The Kilimanjaro Dar es Salaam will members be able to hear from John Tschohl, who is described as a customer service guru, all there is to know โ€“ in abbreviated terms surely as a masterโ€™s program could be exhaustively filled with the same topic โ€“ about this crucial element in recruiting and retaining clients in a highly competitive environment.
