PRAGUE – Prague Convention Bureau has recently announced several changes in the personnel area. Besides the recently announced newly established foreign representation North America, the person in charge being the former Marketing & PR Manager Martina Fundaro (formerly Martina Kvasova), the Prague Convention Bureau´s team has welcomed its new member Tzveta Kambourova who previously worked in sales and marketing department of the company GUARANT International. She has been working in Prague Convention Bureau as the Association Meetings Manager since August 2013. Prague Convention Bureau believes that the team expansion will result in the development of new business opportunities in the field of association congresses and conferences.
Another change has been announced in Prague Convention Bureau’s Board of Directors. After the resignation of its long-term member and former Vice-President Michal Karnik, General Manager of the Prague Congress Centre, Jiri Hollan, Director of Sales of the Prague Congress Centre has been co-opted as a new BOD member. The reason for Mr. Karnik’s resignation is the workload connected with the current restoration and revitalization of the Prague Congress Centre which will be very time consuming and its completion is currently high priority for him.
