MIAMI, FL – The Board of Directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per common share payable on October 13, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 29, 2016. This move reflects the company’s continuing efforts to increase shareholder returns.


Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd is a global cruise vacation company that owns Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises, as well as TUI Cruises through our 50 percent joint venture interest and Pullmantur and CDF Croisiรจres de France through our 49 percent joint venture interest. Together, these six brands operate a combined total of 48 ships with an additional eleven on order. They operate diverse itineraries around the world that call on approximately 490 destinations on all seven continents.
