When Andrew Munt stepped into pentahotel Reading almost seven years ago for a job interview with Alastair Thomann, today Managing Director of pentahotels, he knew right away that he could be part of something very special in the hotel industry – and he was right!

For the last three years, Andrew Munt has played a vital part in helping shape the penta portfolio in the UK – an experience through which he developed. Looking ahead, Andrew Munt is excited about playing a key role in the next chapters of the brand’s development story.
